Hello all,

In light of our current setup (team growth/company scale/overall admin structuration/etc.), I’d like to start a project to improve our compensation framework.

As a reminder, today, our current framework consists of the following:

The aim of this project would be to create salary bands using our compensation policy and leveling framework, in order to provide:

⚖️ More transparency and fairness: our team members would then better know and understand why they are paid what they are paid, where they stand on a global scale, and grasp the mechanisms of our compensation process, which is the same for all employees and all teams.

🧲 Better attraction, retention, and engagement of talents: as team members understand where they stand, they will also be able to project themselves with us in the future, being more engaged in their growth and our company’s success at the same time!

⚙️ Efficiency in pay discussion and decisions: by systematizing compensation discussions, we’ll make it more efficient for managers and HR, limiting exceptions, biased decisions, and never-ending debates.

If we do it right, creating bands will then have a significant positive upside on the global team, but for it to work out I will need your contribution!
